Best practiced on an empty stomach (recommend no food 3 hours prior).
Try to avoid alcohol, tobacco and caffeine for 3 hours prior.
Wear loose-fitting and comfortable clothing.
Bring a yoga mat and blanket if you wish. Yoga mats available to rent $2.
Bring a bottle of water. No glass containers please.
Arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself time to settle into the space.
Space is on a first-come, first-served basis.
